Spectrum IT's Hampshire Client are seeking an experienced Contract Product Manager to play a key role in their business and work closely with the sales, marketing and technical teams - specifically to focus on customer membership subscriptions and utilising their CRM system Salesforce.

This is an initial 6-month contract, Inside IR35 and it will have a hybrid working model: a minimum of 1 day in the Portsmouth Hampshire office and 1 other office day eith London or Portsmouth (3 days remote per week).

As the Contract Product Manager you will work on the company's product proposition, utilising opportunities to increase the customer based by aiding new members to sign up online while also enabling the UK sales teams to have great interactions and conversations surrounding the potential for working with our client. You will work on mix of new product innovation, such as developing a "freemium" product, as well as enhancements, ultimately capitalising the digital journey, sales tools and marketing.

Working within a fast-moving agile digital business, you'll be comfortable taking on multiple responsibilities across product, BA and user experience teams.

Experience / Skills:

  • Be an experienced product manager with CRM OR Salesforce background
  • (OR be a strong Martech specialist with sound experience in Salesforce implementation and a background in product organisations.)
  • Product Owner/Manager experience in a CUSTOMER centric focused project/products (digital)
  • High energy and enthusiasm for product challenges & being able to think big while being hands on.
  • Strong all-rounder with experience working with sales and marketing functions to leverage opportunities across marketing automation and sales enablement tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce or CRMS
  • Flexible and adaptable with first class communication and influencing skills
