IT Service Manager
IT Service Manager, Chippenham/Remote, Up to GBP50,000 Total package
You will be working as an IT service Manager for an excellent logistics company based in Chippenham.
They're a household name when it comes to B2B logistics, and have a very impressive client book, some of the biggest brands in the UK and abroad trust them to deliver- Including Sainsburys, Asda, Wickes, and the Co-Operative Group.
This is a fantastic time time to join the business as they are currently going through an exciting period of change, and you will play an instrumental part in transforming their IT Function
This role will be a mix of home-working and office based work- generally 1 day per week in the office
What skills do you need?
- Prior experience as an IT Service Manager
- ITIL Certified in Service Management
- Experience of IT Service transition would be an advantage
- Experience of major incident management
- Able to manage relationships with external, 3rd party providers of IT services
- A strong customer-focused approach to service management
What will you get in return?
- Salary of circa GBP40,000 - GBP50,000 depending on skills and experience
- GBP5,000 on-call allowance (1 week in 4 to be available to manage any P1 incidents - rarely needed)
