This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and confident individual to join our Pastoral Team.
Pastoral Managers assist our Year Leaders in their role of maximising student achievement. The post requires good communication and inter-personal skills with a willingness to be adaptable to team needs.
The successful candidate would contribute and complement our ‘Achievement Team’ which strives for success and continuous improvement ensuring a high quality education for all its pupils.
Salary: Scale 5, Point 8 - £14,450.22 per annum (actual gross salary)
Hours: 30 hours per week term time only and 3 training days Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 08:30 to 16:30
