Our client is seeking a Sales Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis for 6 weeks initially based in Harpenden.

AL5 Postcode for Harpenden

Ideally starting on Thursday 16th September. Please only apply if you are available immediately.

Its 9-5:30, Mostly Monday to Friday although some flexibility to work on Saturdays on occasion.

The role be based on site at Harpenden, however you may need to go to their Hampstead site on occasion too.

The role is to work within a team of on-site Sales Advisors who will facilitate sales across multiple property developments . You will become an expert on every aspect of these developments and work with your team to staff the sales suite for customer viewings. Your role will be to take new residents on the customer journey from first contact through reservation, exchange, and onto occupation at one of our regional developments

The Role

  • Maintain Salesforce to an excellent standard with fully qualified information,
  • Ensure customers are fully qualified before inviting to view
  • React to inbound leads in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide a weekly report on the status of reservations and future pipeline
  • Able to achieve sales through confident and knowledgeable demonstration of product, lifestyle and benefits of amenities during viewings
  • Be an expert in products and services that has to offer (rental, rent to buy, PX etc)
  • Cross-sell alternative developments that may suit a customer's requirements more closely
  • Achieve sales targets whilst ensuring the maximum price is achieved for all sales
  • Call or meet with Estate Agents on a weekly basis, pushing for leads to be passed across
  • Monitor development Rightmove & company website listings to ensure information is correct and reflects the site well Make suggestions on local marketing and PR events and opportunities
  • Keep up to date with local market conditions & competitor activity

The Person

  • 5x GCSE's Grade 'C' or above, including English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • Experience of property sales is preferable; this may have been gained by working for the new homes division of an estate agency, or directly for a developer
  • Retirement sector sales
  • Hospitality or customer service industry backgrounds will be considered

Skills & Knowledge

  • Experience of Salesforce CRM is advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Highly developed negotiation and influencing skills
  • Confident presentation skills (presentation of the product and services)
  • Organised, efficient and a natural multi-tasker
  • Able to prioritise multiple demands on time
  • Able to work to deadlines and work under pressure
