JOB- Paint Sprayer
LOCATION- Exeter
TERM- Permanent
SALARY- GBP24,000-GBP25,000 per annum
My client looking for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join the team at our facility based in Exeter.
As a Paint Sprayer you will be setting up paint equipment, manual paint spraying of component parts, applying primer coats, basecoats and lacquers, carrying out quality checks, cleaning and maintaining equipment, maintain the high standard of cleanliness in the areas,
Key Responsibilities:
Work in modern clean paint shop area, being involved in a range of tasks including masking, painting, spraying
Capable of reading and understanding drawings and work instructions
Operate within a busy assembly and test area maintaining high standards of quality necessary to meet customer demand
Quality - Adherence to all relevant quality standards and have a working knowledge of them
Able to work on own initiative or as part of a team
The ability to follow technical documentation including standard operating procedures, datacards, process specifications and reportsKey Expertise:
Strong communication skills
Exposure to automotive or aerospace paint spraying very advantageous
The ability to work alone and as part of a team
The ability to maintain quality under pressure
The awareness and adherence to safety procedures
The ability to use specialist equipment
