We are currently seeking a driven Assistant Manager for a leading mobile provider based in Leicester. This opportunity is ideal for a candidate that is passionate about gaining and nurturing new business relationships, and holds existing skills and experience within sales. The successful candidate will be part of a vibrant sales team, where the purpose of the role is to build relationships with existing customers.

The Job Role - Assistant Manager
* Running the day to day operations of the store in the absence of the store manager.
* On boarding and training new employees within the business.
* Monitoring the performance of sales staff whilst motivating to improve and maintain performances.
* Selling to customers whilst also maintaining personal KPIs related to customer service and sales.

The ideal Assistant Manager will need to have the following attributes:
* Experience within a management or similar position within a sales focused role.
* The successful sales executive must be extremely tenacious with a genuine drive for converting business and achieving KPI's.
* Strong selling, communication and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
* A genuine team player, able to work effectively within a thriving sales team.
