Accounts Assistant

Are you an immediately-available Accounts Assistant with a couple of years' experience?

I'm looking for an enthusiastic and teachable person, who has used Quickbooks in the past to join a lively and sociable team at their offices, in what is considered to be one of the best working environments in London.

Responsibilities include:

• Invoicing
• Purchase ledger including payment runs
• Bank Reconciliations
• Sales ledger
• Assisting the rest of the team at month end

Although this is initially a temporary role, there is potential for the role to become permanent for the right person. In this event, sponsorship towards recognised accounting Qualifications (ACCA/CIMA/AAT) would be an option, along with other benefits such as gym membership & private healthcare.
