Our clients, a well-established estate agency in the Stockport area, are seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join their existing team
Requirements for the role of a Lettings Negotiator:
- Industry experience
- Someone who can work effectively individually or as part of the team.
- Own Car is required for this position
The position of a Lettings Negotiator will involve several aspects of Lettings including:
- Lettings Negotiating
- Arranging Viewings
- Move Ins
- Inspections
- Property Management
Salary:
- Basic GBP18,000
- OTE GBP20,000 - GBP22,000
- Business mileage paid
Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday
- 1 in 3 Saturday mornings
