Trainee Lettings Negotiator

Basic salary GBP12,000 with an OTE of GBP22,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established estate agents. No experience required as full training will be given.

• The successful candidate must have a professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach and be able to deliver under pressure, with excellent organisational and time management skills.
• The candidate will be well presented and confident in dealing with clients both in person and over the phone.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills, meticulous attention to detail,
• Must be a team player but also able to work on their own and use their own initiative with a desire to meet and exceed targets.
• Own car and full clean UK driving licence required.
