Talent Acquisition Specialist

Talent Acquisition teams are vital to the ongoing success and growth of companies across the globe, they are integral to the attraction of top talent in the marketplace and ensuring candidates are provided an excellent service reflecting in the core values of the brand.

Our client, based in close proximity to Cambridge, truly recognise the value of their Talent Acquisition team and are now looking to welcome a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to their team for a 6 - 12 month period at a salary of GBP30,000 - GBP35,000. This position will see you partnering closely with the pre-existing team and further strengthening their position in the market.

Working within the Science, Innovation and Technology sector you will see yourself taking responsibility for the attraction and engagement of both experienced and emerging talent within the sector. You will be able to use your experience, flair and creativity within this position enabling you to succeed and see the value you have added.

• Experience within the Science, Innovation and Technology Sector
• 360 recruitment experience
• Experience of dealing with Senior hires
• Demonstrable experience of developing strong working relationships with hiring managers
