Customer Service Manager

Adecco Chester are proud to be recruiting for our Chester based client who are looking for their next Sales Team Manager! If you have experience in sales coaching, training and development and team motivation then look no further.

Salary - upto GBP25,000 per annum

Hours - 37.5 hours per week between 9am and 9pm over a 7-day week including weekends. (Shift basis) Hybrid working available!

The successful candidate will have experience in sales coaching, team motivation and will be a natural leader who enjoys developing their teams, to ensure they are consistently achieving the very best service and performance for both their customers and the business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accountability for team performance, including coaching and development of team members individual performances.
* Ensure that shifts are suitably covered
* Understand all organisation's products, services, procedures, guidelines
* Conduct regular one to ones and performance reviews
* Feedback to relevant department on improvements based on staff/customer feedback
* Motivate and support team members
* Mentor teams
* Drive performance improvements
