We are looking to recruit an experienced Retail Manager for our BMW Retailer in Maidstone, Kent.

About the position:

The successful candidate for our vacancy will have previous experience in the motor industry, proven customer service skills and show the ability to work to deadlines and targets/work well in a team. Only applicants with Managerial Motor Industry experience will be considered.

You will be welcomed into our friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting product range.

Key focus areas in the role is:

  • To aid customers to find the right finance package to suit their needs.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team and General Sales Manager
  • Have a strong F&I knowledge to aid the department. - Selling finance, insurance products and additional products - Working within a the FCA regulations and company guidelines -
  • Matching customers needs to the relevant finance sources.
  • To deliver excellent customer service.
  • Managing the Sales Team's daily activities and monitoring results.
  • To maintain a high level of new and used car sales and maximise every sales opportunity.
  • To represent the BMW brand in accordance with Retailer standards and company requirements.
  • To act with due diligence when negotiating and overseeing the sales transactions.
  • To facilitate monthly reviews with each sales consultant.
  • Establishing sound product knowledge and updating your knowledge through manufacturer led training and achieving the BMW Group Sales Certification
  • Providing exceptional customer service leading to customer loyalty and referrals.
  • Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.

Our Requirements:

  • Ideally you will be an experienced Business Manager or Sales Manager.
  • Ability to build rapport with business customers and to identify their objectives.
  • Customer awareness and customer centric approach to all interactions.
  • Negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure and be part of a busy team
  • Full clean driving licence.
