We have an exceptional reputation as being the preferred partner of choice to a number of global market leading technology vendors, re-sellers and distribution organisations working with them to secure talent predominantly within Insides Sales with a strong multi-lingual presence.
As part of our continued growth we are searching for ambitious, bright and determined individuals to join our permanent team focusing on developing new business, account management/development and fulfilling live vacncies/positions. As a CPI Selection Recruitment Consultant you are rewarded for every client conversion and have a monthly commission structure, vouchers for achieving internal incentives, a quarterly bonus and an annual incentive for top performance all paid for by the company.

You'll be working in a consultative and team environment. You'll be responsible for bring new clients and vacancies on-board, interviewing, evaluating and placing relevant candidates. You'll be contacting decision makers to discuss their current recruitment strategy and demonstrate how using our services will help them and their organisation. There will be a warm desk with clients, vacancies and opportunities to kick-start immediate commission from Day 1.

Hours 08:00-17:00
