What you will be doing:
We are currently seeking a Business Solutions Design Analyst to join our Wholesale Market Services (WMS) department, which facilitates our business's market obligations.
The role is to be the overall end to end technical business design lead for the applications, systems, and platform for enterprise-wide requirements that deliver our customer, revenue and data needs across the WMS Landscape. This role works across multiple programmes and projects to ensure business change is delivered in a coordinated and efficient way with the successful delivery of technology initiatives.
We're looking for you to:
Take Ownership of new technical solutions from Digital and make sure they are having the appropriate Business operational and logic/transformation focus.
Share Knowledge of data and data integrity across the landscape helping in the design of future solutions and contribute to roadmap planning
Governance & Design Authority act as Design/Technical Assurance for all Transformation and Regulatory Compliance changes
Engage and Influence mentor and support other members of the Wholesale Market Services and the wider Business
Excellent Communication and Leadership lead teams with the business focus and promote knowledge sharing across Wholesale Market Services.
Project Manage the project delivery lifecycle ensuring individual solutions are fit for purpose in their application of technology and align with the overall business strategy.
Identify opportunities to improve service and drive cost reduction initiative across the Wholesale Market Service business areas.
Technical Ability T-SQL, Data modelling and mining, Power BI, Data Warehouse Management, Microsoft Office are essential
