IT Service Desk Manager
Service Desk Manager - Redditch - GBP32000
I'm currently recruiting for a Service Desk Manager with a growing client of mine based in Redditch. As Service Desk Manager you'll be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the service desk. The work will be varied and interesting, with a 60/40 mix of technical work to managerial tasks - including 2nd Line Support, delegation of tickets and tasks & mentoring of junior staff.
In addition to this, you will be responsible for managing SLA's, KPI's & keeping to deadlines.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with similar experience keen on progressing up the IT career ladder from a managerial perspective. The working environment, although not remote is excellent. They do loads of things as a team outside of work and have taken their team to Amsterdam previously as a Christmas treat!

Windows Server/Azure
Windows Desktop
Microsoft 365
Active Directory
Networking Technologies
Telephone Systems (VoIP)
