Our client, a Liverpool city centre based dental practice is seeking 3 x experienced and highly professional Receptionists

PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE 3 RECEPTIONIST JOBS, EACH HAS ITS OWN SHIFT PATTERN

ROLE 1 - 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Thursday, 8am - 5.30pm Friday (38.5 hours)
ROLE 2 - 8am - 4pm Monday & Tuesday, 10am - 7pm Wednesday & Thursday, 9am - 5.30pm Friday (37.5 hours)
ROLE 3 - 10am - 7pm Monday & Tuesday, 8am - 4pm Wednesday & Thursday, 9am - 5.30pm Friday (37.5 hours)

Someone who can commit to the hours they apply for
Someone who has a naturally warm, friendly & reassuring front of house welcoming nature
Someone who can handle the pressure of a busy & demanding reception role
Someone who can provide the highest levels of client service and care
Someone who will acknowledge a new client upon arrival, asking them to take a seat if serving another client at the time
Someone who is well presented, and is a great team player with lots of common sense
The Receptionist role will involve, but is not limited to:
Greeting clients upon arrival, and either dealing with them right away, or, if busy with a client at the time, asking the newly arriving client to take a seat and assuring them that you will be with them as soon as possible
Dealing with enquiries and providing information to clients regarding the range of products and services (training will of course be given, as well as learning on the job as you go)
Booking new appointments and rebooking clients in for follow up appointments whilst at Reception
Making follow up phone calls to clients following their treatment to ensure satisfaction and re-book them where appropriate
Make pre appointment confirmation calls to clients to remind them of appointment and confirm treatment and prices
Recognising the importance of keeping both the patient management system & the lead management system updated.

1 hour unpaid lunch

This business also runs a monthly promotion day which is a long day that you will be required to work 7am to 7pm, you will be paid for the additional hours that you work, and there is a bonus scheme related to this event.
You also get free breakfast, lunch etc on that day as it is well catered.

Experience required for the Receptionist role:
Ideally, at least 2 years reception experience gained in a professional environment or engaging with High Net Worth clients
Experience of updating information into databases/systems
Dental reception experience would be an advantage but is not essential

Salary for Receptionist role
GBP11 an hour
Holidays: 20 days plus bank holidays

ROLE 1 - 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Thursday, 8am - 5.30pm Friday (38.5 hours)
Therefore the salary on Role 1 = GBP22,022 per annum

ROLE 2 - 8am - 4pm Monday & Tuesday, 10am - 7pm Wednesday & Thursday, 9am - 5.30pm Friday (37.5 hours)
Therefore the salary on Role 2 = GBP21,450 per annum

ROLE 3 - 10am - 7pm Monday & Tuesday, 8am - 4pm Wednesday & Thursday, 9am - 5.30pm Friday (37.5 hours)
Therefore the salary on Role 3 = GBP21,450 per annum

Booking of holidays must be in line with other Receptionists availability - 2 of the 3 Receptionists cannot have time off at the same time to maintain cover at all times
