Vitaflo (International) Ltd are currently looking to recruit a Customer Account Manager based at our offices just outside of Liverpool City Centre. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus benefits.

As the Customer Account Manager, your responsibilities will consist of the following:
Acting as the point of contact for assigned customer / countries, developing excellent relationships
Acquiring a thorough understanding of the customer's operations and requirements, achieving mutual satisfaction
Understanding and measuring customer's Key Performance Indicators (KIPs), reviewing them at defined frequencies
Delivering actions to respond to / eliminate operational issues
Accurately processing customer orders by agreed deadlines, including the preparation of required export documentation
Ensuring the correct products are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Having visibility of stock / timelines issues impacting the demand of the customer and working with the demand planning team to maximise service levels
Handling customer enquiries with ownership and resolution
Logging all product quality and logistic complaints within agreed timescales, following the correct process for complaints handling
Ensuring all issues which arise through order processing to delivery are fixed and communicated internally and externally
Coordinating Intermarket Product Briefs to allow export of products into receiving market
Providing efficient administration support to the UK and Ireland sales team as requested
Attending and contributing towards project meetings
Skills and Experience required by our Customer Account Manager:
Essential criteria:
Proven track record working in a similar role is essential (within Customer Services / Operations)
Experience in export documentation (Health Certificates, Certificates of Origin, EUR1s).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels
Proficient in Windows, including Microsoft Word and Excel
High level of attention to detail
Desirable criteria:
Working knowledge of Sage X3 or similar systems
Operational experience in end-to-end Supply Chain
