Mobile Electrical Engineer

We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Electrician who will look after 3 large schools in and around Wolverhampton.

You'll be working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with start and finish times to vary depending on the needs of the schools. We'll also provide you with your own Van, and fuel card so a driving licence is a must.

What you'll be doing???

• Carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance
• Carrying out modifications and installations when required
• Liaising with contractors or external suppliers when needed to communicate technical issues.
• Seek to improve operational efficiency and reduce down time.
• Work alongside the mechanical team, where both skill sets are essential
• Ensure that work is carried out to a high standard and in line with current policies and procedures
• Provide a service that ensures all mechanical and electrical equipment is running to optimum performance
• Take ownership of tools and equipment provided and ensure maintained to an appropriate standard, reporting any defects immediately.

What you'll need???

Ideally, we are looking for someone who is a time served electrician, qualified to a minimum of C&G 2365 with a practical electrical background or NVQ Level 3 supporting qualification and multi skilled in other building trades. 18th edition is also essential.
