Vitaflo (International) Ltd are currently looking to recruit a Text & Design Coordinator based at our offices just outside of Liverpool City Centre. You will join us on a full-time, 12 month fixed term contract basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus benefits.
The role will report directly into our Text & Design Manager and will involve being responsible for coordinating activities related to the generation of label text. This includes the coordination of the English Master Label and artwork generation to meet project timeframes and the operational implementation to ensure high quality, compliant packaging, labelling and related artwork in line with business needs.

As the Text & Design Coordinator, your responsibilities will consist of the following:
* Coordinating packaging artwork projects in close cooperation with internal stakeholders
* Working with the international registration team in coordination activities to support countries in the launch of new and renovated product portfolios
* Maintaining T&D logs to aid version control of artwork PDF in support of product registration and bespoke sample requests
* Managing, maintaining and coordinating artwork requests
* Communicating label changes to wider business with clear instruction on implementation dates and stock management
* Proofing of label artwork to ensure correct barcodes, artwork codes and market-specific coding or set-up requirements
* Coordinating English Master Label development from initiation, collation of translations, through artwork generation to final publication
* Proposing and supporting changes to the labelling process and where appropriate providing training to relevant users
* Participating and where necessary leading various tasks required of the team (team meetings, project meetings, process review, team building, training)
Skills and Experience required by our Text & Design Coordinator:
* Experience of managing and coordinating projects
* The ability to work and communicate effectively with internal and external customers/suppliers
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Excel
* Attention to detail and rigour in applying processes
* Strong time management and organisation skills that reflect the ability to effectively manage your own workload
* A great team player
