OVERVIEW
We are looking for a HR Administrator to join a busy HR department! You'll get to be apart and support a small friendly HR team and will get involved in a variety of different responsibilities including HR, payroll & the employee lifecycle!
THE ROLE
* Advertising vacancies, arranging interviews and assessment centres, raising offer paperwork and contracts, adding new joins to the payroll system, and inducting new joins.
* Setting up disciplinary and grievance hearings, note taking and preparing outcome letters.
* Payroll & entering pay affecting changes onto the payroll system, dealing with pay queries and issues.
* Creating and amending working patterns, preparing overtime uploads and supporting line managers.
THE REQUIREMENTS
* Ideally previous experience of working in a busy HR environment or a strong administrator looking to take the leap into HR
* Demonstrable ability to multitask
* The ability to work at a fast pace with changing priorities.
* A high level of attention to detail
* Strong customer focus and the ability to manage customers at all levels of the organisation
