Telesales Advisor
Commonfield Services Ltd manufacture and install sliding wardrobes, kitches and bathrooms.
We now have an urgent requirement on a temporary 3 month basis for a Telesales Advisor.
Job Summary
* First level sales role involving customer interaction and relationship building, mainly by telephone but also by email.
* Proactive lead generation for all sales channels.
* CRM and general customer contact information collected and updated when required.
Key Tasks:
* Telephone and email warm/cold calling. This will be based on existing databases plus new business from Glenigan's, Online searches and purchased lists of potential customers.
* Lead generation coordination. Glenigan.
* Initial leads will be followed up and converted to accounts or pro-forma business.
* New account opening procedure. Forms, vehicle access, T's and C's
* Maintenance of CRM - Contact names and addresses.
* Working with BDM's to transfer contractor leads
