** Role is home based with travel to London - Leicester - Manchester **

Job Summary

Responsible for the compliance and MIS for Adult Education Budget contracts. Manage a team of compliance administrators ensuring compliance requirements are adhered to with Adult Education Budget contracts. Responsible for data, funding claims and reporting for the contracts are in line with required timescales.

Essential Job Duties

•Manage compliance and MIS requirements for the Adult Education Budget contracts.
•Line Manage a team of compliance administrators
•Lead on funding requirements for Adult Education Contracts and provide advice and guidance to internal and external departments.
•Responsible for accurate data management, uploads, claims and funding reports by timeframes required.
•Manage the submission of compliant ILRs to maximise all funding claims in line with funding requirements and meeting relevant deadlines.
•Produce accurate reports from MI system to support management of contracts for Direct Delivery and Supply Chain.
•Manage the processes for direct delivery and supply chain partners requirements for submission and funding queries.
•Provide staff training and support on funding and compliance requirements and data systems
•Communicate and work with operational managers, quality manager and supply chain partners effectively.
•Undertake regular funding assurance audits of Direct Delivery and Supply Chain to ensure funding requirements are being adhered to.
•Manage the process and lead on external funding audits.
•Manage the development of continuous improvement in compliance requirements.
•Manage compliance and administration requirements associated with the contract, for example, registration and certification processes with awarding bodies, registering learners on learner platforms.
•Compliance check and data input into MIS with 100% accuracy

Education and Experience Requirements

Management qualification at level 3 or above
Level 2 in Functional Skills English and Math's
Previous experience of using MI systems in the Education sector.
Experience in Compliance and Audit requirements in the Education Sector.
Knowledge of data returns and data management systems
Excellent Excel skills
FE / HE / Skills / Employability knowledge
Good communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Influence persuade and motivate others
Good networking skills - ability to liaise at all levels
Plan prioritise and implement workloads to timescales
Excellent ICT skills and ability to use a variety of computer packages. Individual Competencies
