Job title: Mechanical/Electrical Assembler
Location: Stoke Prior, Bromsgrove
Salary: GBP8.91ph
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: 07:30-16:30 Monday-Thursday. 07:30-12:30 Friday.
Responsibilities:
* follow detailed assembly instructions, processes and procedures
* responsible for quality control procedures
* utilise small hand tools such as drills, grinders and riveters
* identify and select components to be integrated into sub-assembly and assembly units
* make own set-ups, alignments and adjustments maintaining tolerance in accordance with instructions
Experience:
* Preferred assembler experience but not essential
* team player with high personal standards
* possess good verbal and written communication skills
* possess the ability to work productively, efficiently and effectively with initiative and drive under tight timescales whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality
* possess the willingness to learn, improve and adapt
* As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
* * Physically fit (Essential)
* * Eye for detail (Essential)
* * Reliable & punctual (Essential)
* * Team Player (Essential)
* * Must own transport due to the location of the company
