Our client based in Biggleswade is looking for a Workshop Service Controller.
The duties for Workshop Service Controller include:
- Maintaining and planning schedules
- Meeting customer expectations by ensuring timely delivery of optional extras
- Develop a strong working relationship with workshop engineers
The ideal Workshop Service Controller will need excellent customer service experience, previous experience of working in a technical environment and be able to demonstrate an exceptional level of planning and organising within a fast paced and changing environment.
The Workshop Service Controller role is full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Salary is competitive.
