Senior/Site Manager

GBP55 Million project within the food & beverage sector which is full turnkey scheme involving the conversion of an empty unit to provide a production facility for a drink product, it will involve tank farms, effluent water treatment plant, internal piling, mezzanine flooring, M&E and associated office space as well as acting as principal contractor for the fit out of the clients equipment. As the Senior/Site Manager you will be reporting in to the Project Manager and will be fully responsible for the day to day running of the project, main duties will involve ensuring that the programme is adhered to as well as updated and amended accordingly, RAMS are completed, Health & Safety including site inductions, site management of the subcontractor supply chain as well as attending any client and chairing subcontractor meetings.
Someone that has previously/current experience working on food & beverage/pharmaceutical projects would be ideal but experience on new build/fit out of industrial/logistics units for Tier 1 contractors is just as good
CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates will be an essential requirement as without these no application will be considered
