About You
Do you have experience in a lettings negotiator role? If you have excellent written and verbal communication skills, are happy to take personal ownership and have a proactive approach, this role could be for you. You will need to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. Do you have an adaptable nature and are able to communicate at all levels? If you are flexible and have a helpful approach to work, you will fit in very well.

Role in a nutshell
  • Attend daily morning meetings
  • Registering applicants and matching them to properties in their search criteria
  • Arrange and conduct viewings
  • Negotiate deals ensuring compliance
  • Maintain regular contact with landlord database
  • Identify the landlords and tenants needs to patch propositions
  • Help generate new business
  • Answering client enquiries
  • General administrative assistance within the office
