Recruitment Resourcer

Berry Recruitment are currently looking for someone who is confident, chatty, bright and enthusiastic to support our friendly team in the Truro with sourcing candidates.

As a Recruitment Resourcer - your day will consist of the following:
* Meeting and greeting candidates applying for vacancies/Candidate interviewing

• Resourcing CV's for Recruitment Consultants (covering Driving and Industrial and Construction sectors)
  * Handling incoming telephone enquiries
  * Registering new applicants
  * Scanning and key wording of CV's and entering details onto Recruitment database.
  * General administration & ad hoc tasks
  * Managing online job boards
  * Adding new vacancies to online job sites
  * Handling job response calls / emails etc.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm with an hour for lunch.

This is a temporary role however, for the right candidate it could go permanent with career progression in a well-paid environment.

We are looking for someone who is confident and enthusiastic with a real passion to work in a customer care/customer facing role.

There will be performance related incentives also!

Pay will be GBP9.50 per hour
