My client, a busy and expanding Estate Agency in Southampton are looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager to join their team.
Ideally, our clients are seeking a highly organised individual with a background in Property Management. As well as someone who has the ability to work under pressure independently and as part of a wider team.
This is a varied role with key tasks as follows:
- Property Management of around 150 properties
- Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
- Check Ins
- Check Outs
- Administration including Gas and Electric safety certificates
- Chasing arrears for properties
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm
- Two Saturdays per month (lieu day given in return)
In return, our clients are willing to offer:
- A basic salary of GBP25,000 - based on experience.
