Hours - Monday - Friday 10am-6pm - 40 hours per week
Where would I be working?
We are working with a client on an exciting opportunity based in a modern Leicester City Centre location. The company offers a wide-range of products and services, including Wills, Lasting Power of Attorney, Mental Capacity Assessments and Trusts.
The company aim is to bring balance to legal services by offering a service that is accessible and affordable to all, with amazing customer service, the company also has a 5* customer rating on Trust Pilot.
My client promotes teamwork, integrity and honestly throughout the business and the leadership structure is strong, with a positive attitude to development and succession into other roles.
What would I be doing?
The ideal candidate will use their passion for data and analytics to provide insights to the business covering a range of topics. They will be responsible for conducting both recurring and ad hoc analysis for business users.
The core responsibilities of the position include:
* Analyse order statistics highlighting 'specific' issues for operations to rectify, specifically focusing on collecting revenue.
* Identifying trends in data to make suggestions to change company process to improve order conversion.
* Identify 'problem' areas within the company operation where potential customer complaints could be derived from.
* Identify trends in 'exceptions' for orders that fall outside of the 'normal order'.
* Communicating finings to relevant stakeholders
* Understand the day-to-day issues that our business faces, which can be better understood with data
* Develop clear visualizations to convey complicated data in a straightforward fashion
You will work closely with the senior management team to support them to reach the company objectives.
What does the company require?
This role plays a key part within the analytics team, producing and presenting commercial and sales insights across all channels to discover new opportunities, inform decision making and enhance investments.
The role will perform robust and specific analyses to drive hypotheses testing along with creating measurement frameworks to allow us to assess the effectiveness of these tests and report the advantages back to the business to accelerate their adoption across the business.

As well as looking for an experienced Data Analyst, we are also looking for the skills below:
* Strong problem-solving skill
* Comfortable manipulating numbers and applying mathematical logic to 'real life' problems
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a simple and understandable manner.
* Technical capability and proficiency in Advanced Excel
* Ability to gather data from various sources such as SQL and APIs
* Experience in Power BI or any other data visualization software is desirable
* Knowledge of data gathering, cleaning, and transforming techniques
* Reporting and data visualization skills
* Able to work without constant supervision
