Maintenance Operative position at Rendall & Rittner (Leicester, LE1)

Working Hours - 8 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday

Salary - GBP21,000 per annum

Contract - Permanent

Your working environment?

This role will be based at a residential development located within the heart of Leicester's cultural quarter.

What makes a brilliant Rendall & Rittner Maintenance Operative?

• you'll be an expert in resolving maintenance issues and will have the ability to carry out a variety of maintenance related tasks including painting, carpentry, basic electrical tasks and minor plumbing.
• you'll be a someone who cares passionately about creating a positive, clean and safe environment for residents, guests and contractors.
• you'll be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate and inspire others.
• you'll help to ensure the safety of all residents, guests and staff at the development throughout your shifts by reporting any defect or health and safety concerns, helping to ensure the safety of everyone on the development.
• you'll have a strong understanding of Health and Safety processes.
• you have a great eye for detail and experience carrying out regular development inspections and being the first point of contact for all maintenance enquiries (externally and internally).
• your team matters to you, so you support them, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, guests and external contractors, ultimately supporting a strong unified working environment.
