Siamo Recruitment are looking for Class 1 Night drivers for our prestigious client based in Lutterworth who are one of the UK's specialist distributors of heating, pipeline, ventilation and mechanical services equipment.
Please Note: Class 1 drivers with experience operating FLT's (Counter Balance and Combi Lifts) Please hurry and apply as this is long term work.
Job Description
Drivers will be delivering goods to stores around the UK. (Fixed Branch Deliveries).
Candidates will be expected to open and Close branches / unloading our stock at the branches and then returning.
Operating Class 1 vehicles with (Double Decker, Curtain sided trailers)
A number of runs will be double manned routes.
Drivers will be expected to unload goods off trailer with (FLT - Counter Balance).
Shift Patterns (Sun to Thurs) or (Mon to Fri)
Start times between (19:00 - 21:45)
3 to 5 drops on average per shift.
Checking necessary paperwork
Making sure load is secure before setting off.
General Vehicle checks before and after shift.
Rates of Pay:
PAYE
GBP17.00 - (Mon to Fri)
GBP19.00 - (Sat)

Driver Requirements
Overall, excellent environment to work in and the team are very friendly.
Candidates must have a minimum of 12 months UK experience driving a Class 1 vehicle.
Experience operating (FLT - Counter Balance & Combi-Lifts) is desirable.
A valid DQC & Digital Tachograph Card.
No more than 6 points on the licence, no DD, DR, CD, IN, TT.
Good understanding of English is Essential.
