As part of the administration team at Practice Plus Group Hospital, Shepton Mallet you will provide a highly efficient secretarial service to the Surgeons and designated medical staff. You will receive and attend to all communication, dealing efficiently and effectively with all queries from patients, staff, health care professionals and outside health agencies. You will accurately transcribe all correspondence by email from the Consultants notes, using your knowledge of medical terminology.

You will have relevant experience gained in a similar environment and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Just as important though is your flexibility, belief in teamwork and your ability to use your initiative, work unsupervised and prioritise a busy workload.
