We are now offering an exciting and challenging opportunity for a driven, successful Sales Manager to represent Wynnstay and join our management team to lead our dedicated field sales specialists and support the ongoing long-term development of our Mid and North Wales territory.

 

The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

 

  • Maintaining and growing their sales budget including a broad range of product categories

  • Achieving profitable contribution from their given territory by understanding local farmer customers’ needs

  • Applying strong people management and leadership skills

  • Shape and drive sales campaigns working closely with product management team and the marketing department

 

The Person:

The successful candidate will:

  • Be enthusiastic, a self-starter and passionate about sales with a proven track record within agricultural sales and management

  • Be a leader of people committed to continuous skills and knowledge development

  • Have sound commercial acumen and

hold excellent time management and organisational ability

  • Be IT proficient and a strong communicator at all levels, both internally and externally

  • Display a sound grasp of the realities of operating within a large, sales led organisation.
