Warehouse Administrator

Eurocell PLC are a dynamic manufacturer, distributor and recycler of building products and we serve the nation via our network of over 200 retail branches across the UK. We know that our people are our greatest asset and we are delighted to be growing our team further as we have a requirement for a Warehouse Administrator to join our expanding team in Sutton in Ashfield as Maternity Cover.
For this role we are seeking a highly organised, motivated Administrator who works well within a fast paced, multi-tasking environment. You will be responsible for handling all aspects of an admin role.
SHIFT:
Monday - Friday 06:00 - 14:00

DUTIES:

• Scanning delivery notes
• Confirming and processing orders
• establish and maintain an excellent communication
• Booking parts received
• Data input (SAP)
• Transfer of stock locations / stock movement / stock positions
• Updating SAP
• Investigate missing inventory
• Completing paperwork accurately
• Ensuring accurate data input on our internal systems
• Liaising with internal departments
• Monitor and respond efficiently and effectively to requests
• Document internal procedures
• Liaising with warehouse staff by providing locations over the radio

KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

• Be computer literate with a sound working knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Have the ability to work under pressure
• Be organized and have the ability to prioritize workload.
• Analytical problem solver
• Ability to support and work in the Warehouse as and when required
• Be flexible in their working hours and approach to the job
• Use of Microsoft Excel
• Recent and relevant experience within a busy warehouse admin environment
• Outstanding Customer Service / End User experience
• Excellent spoken & written communication skills
