Creative Manager

Our client is a well-known global company, a leader in their field who are continually expanding and growing within the market.

A very exciting opportunity has arisen, to join our client's EMEA Marcomms division working as a Creative Manager.

The Job:

Provide creative leadership and high-quality creative material for all our clients' offices across the EMEA region. Responsible for ensuring brand consistency for all communications, including print, POS, social and digital content. Work closely with the EMEA segment marcom leads to ensure worldwide campaigns are developed to the requirements of the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain creative guidelines and the creative vision for EMEA working closely with the EMEA marcom team and corporate HQ.
  • Provide creative guidance to the EMEA offices to ensure campaigns and all creative materials are implemented correctly, in alignment with the global direction.
  • Liaise with the US creative team regarding overall brand direction and the implementation of key global campaigns.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions, meet with EMEA team members, conceptualise ideas and apply them to advertising campaigns, marketing and sales tools, including Creative concepts, print ads, PR kits, Retail displays, Planograms, point of sale, Photo editing and retouching, Print literature, social media content, Web and digital content, OOH, Product comparison materials, Video storyboards, Creative guidance, Merchandise materials, Presentation materials, Tradeshow and event materials
  • Plan, execute and art direct high-quality photography or videography with EMEA marcom team and US HQ.
  • Ensure consistency and quality of each project and that they are produced on time and to budget as well as approving key creatives developed by regional offices.
  • Drive for results by monitoring the success of campaigns and continuously strive to improve.

About you:

  • Knowledge of the full Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Lightroom, Premiere Pro.
  • Strong credentials in art direction, visual aesthetics and sense of taste and style with a proven track record in the development of successful creative concepts, working to a creative brief
  • Knowledge and ability to direct video and photoshoots, working with directors, producers, and modelling talent.
  • Experience in a creative role
  • Highly organised with a good sense of business ethics
  • Able to work independently
