Maintenance Manager (Engineering)
GBP35,000 - 40,000 + Death in Service + Company profit Bonus + External Training + Progression
Office based, commutable from Newark-on-Trent, Lincoln, Grantham, Nottingham and surrounding areas
Are you a Maintenance Manager looking to work for a leading expert manufacturer where you will be invested in through external training, oversee, improve and implement maintenance structure where you will ensure that the maintenance department is running at best efficiency and that the training of the engineers to continue to improve the technical abilities of the team?
This is a great opportunity for a driven and ambitious Maintenance Manager who is looking to have the autonomy across the maintenance department where you will have full control of RM / PPMs, Ordering Parts, Man Management of the engineers and making sure that the team is always improving and moving forward.

This role will suit a Maintenance Manager who is driven and ambitious looking to have the autonomy to make their own decisions and run a successful maintenance team.
The Role:
*Organise Engineering activities to reduce breakdowns via Reactive and Preventative maintenance duties.
*Working alongside the Factory Manager to improve Health, Safety and Quality standards from the Floor Layout, Methods, Tooling, Logistics etc
*Scope of further progression and external training
The Person:
*Previous experience as a Maintenance Manager or Lead Engineer
*Looking for a long term career within an engineering manufacturer
