We are delighted to be working with an International Packaging Client, growing and enhancing their existing departments through a period of exciting expansion. We are now recruiting Warehouse Operatives who hold a valid counterbalance licence to join their team.
As a warehouse operative, you are involved in the supply of materials to and from the manufacturing departments. This requires the accurate scanning, dispatch and recording of materials to maximise service levels and to ensure a safe and efficient workplace. On occasion operatives may be required to work within other service areas to support the business needs.
Applicants must hold a Counter Balance Licence. A valid Pivot Steer (Bendi) Licence would be advantageous, but not essential as full training can be provided.
With an hourly starting rate of GBP9.75 per hour - there is potential to rise to GBP11.30 per hour.
OVERTIME IS AVAILABLE
Full in house training will be given, including pivot steering FLT, reach FLT, PPT & Ride On PPT offering excellent long-term future career prospects.
Working shift patterns, including days and nights, 7 days over a 2 weeks pattern.
Applicants must demonstrate a self-motivated approach to their workload, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A meticulous eye for detail and a high level of accuracy is required in recording of information to meet quality standards.
Previous experience within a food environment is preferable, but not essential.
