Our client is looking for a dynamic and motivated team player who works well in a fast-paced environment and is a true team player. The Operations Logistics Coordinator is to ensure the smooth running of company operations across all services.

As a Project/ Ops Coordinator, you will make sure jobs are booked in with all the relevant resource in place, maximising the operational and logistical performance of the teams and fleet. Building and maintaining successful relationships is therefore essential, as you'll need to liaise with customers, our teams and office colleagues. Ensuring we consistently improve our logistical efficiency and provide excellent customer service.

Job Description:

* Planning and scheduling customer jobs and company resource for optimised routing efficiency

* Building an excellent report with our customers

* Proactively managing teams issues related to customer jobs

* Reporting vehicle faults promptly and, assisting with booking MOT's and services/repairs

* Advising teams both in person and over the telephone

* Working as part of our team to cover changes in circumstances

* Demonstrating a commitment to improving costs and efficiency

* Effectively communicating with all team members on updates and issues

* Efficient and accurate scheduling onto several software scheduling systems

* Daily Interaction with customers, suppliers, our own operational and internal teams & sub-contractors.

* Assisting us in building our scheduling system with a proactive and dynamic approach

* Handling incoming and outgoing calls

* Ensuring operational, internal teams and sub-contractors are organised

* Liaise with suppliers to place orders and organise deliveries to ensure jobs are delivered on time

* Maintaining accurate records across all systems in line with company procedures & processes

* Assist with enquiries for all company services

* Administration of the approved supplier and subcontractor spreadsheet

* Sourcing and setting up new subcontractors

* Support for other departments to meet the operational needs of the business, especially during peak seasons.

Person Specification:

* Previous experience in an operations coordinator role is desirable but not essential

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels

* High attention to detail

* Dynamic and able to move with the times within a fast-paced growing company

* Embrace change and technology

* Innovative and forward thinking
