Quality Manager
* Managing the team to ensure successful delivery and management of the apprenticeships from end to end, leading to successful outcomes for the learners
* Manage and put into place activities of an internal team who support the planning, development delivery, administration/data/funding and governance of apprenticeships and getting involved with all this initially as the team grows
* Monitoring recruitment, retention and achievement targets of learners and taking necessary action to address under-performance
* Ensuring all activities continually meet the needs of the learners and are in line with Ofsted inspection framework, awarding organisations and company quality and compliance requirements
* Deliver forecasted starts, in learner and achievers in line with agreed budgets
* Weekly review of management information reports
* Ensuring they are prepared for and successfully pass inspections and audits in line with expected ratings
* The development of the company apprenticeship division and any additional funding routes
* The successful planning and undertaking of regular progress reviews with learners and their employers
* Identifying, investigating and resolving any work-place based issues which may impact on the learner's progress or compliance
* Partnership working with a range of stakeholders
* Client update meetings
ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR THE ROLE:-
* Must have understanding and experience of the full learner journey from start to finish
* Management experience
* Assessor or IQA qualified
* ESFA funding knowledge and experience
* Ideally experience in the construction industry
* Fantastic IT skills to produce reports, help to build platforms
SALARY AND BENEFITS
* GBP35K per annum

* Bonus incentive in the future dependent on how well you perform in the role
