Our client is looking for someone who has worked in the Construction Industry, perhaps in a Trade or a retired Architect who can work on an ad hoc basis and price jobs. There will be large and small jobs to price and the larger ones require a full breakdown costing for transparency for the client.
You will be diligent and have good attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills as you will be dealing with clients and available on an ad hoc basis with potential to expand workload to other aspects within the company.
The role could be for 2 days one week, then nothing the next so the successful candidate will be looking for a supplementary role.
