We have an exciting opportunity for a tech-savvy Desktop Support / 1st Line Support individual within the Business Systems department, based at our (state of the art facility near Coventry.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing technical support across a range of applications including SharePoint, Dynamics ERP, Dynamics CRM and Server management related tasks. You’ll be comfortable liaising and interacting with internal stakeholders both remotely and in the office.
We’re looking for an ambitious individual who is keen to progress from a Desktop Support role into a more hands-on applications and systems support role. You’ll have a basic understanding of SQL / HTML / CSS and ideally have knowledge of writing code in JavaScript or a willingness to learn. You’ll be keen to learn new technical skills to boost your career and develop your knowledge. You’ll have experience in a technical support role and will have the desire to acquire specialist knowledge to further your personal growth. More than anything, you’ll be open to constructive feedback and will demonstrate the ability to absorb what you have learnt and apply it in your daily tasks.

If your role is in an area that is taking part in the fully flexible working week trial, your working week will be from Monday to Thursday and your annual leave entitlement will be adjusted to 20 days per annum.
