Customer Care Administrator

My client is a family owned and run company, meeting the supply needs of their customers globally within the biotechnology and horticultural industries for over 30 years. They are looking for a Customer Care Administrator to work directly along side the customer support team. Duties will include;

  • Involvement in and understanding of all aspects of the sales and sales support operations.
  • Carrying out day-to-day administrative duties.
  • Providing excellent customer service to existing customers.
  • Good telephone and face to face manner.
  • Competent computer skills
  • Experience with SAP and Microsoft office would be desirable.
  • Customer relationship-building.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Confidence to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for someone passionate and motivated who is confident with dealing with people at all levels. You will need to have good communication and organisational skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The role is a temporary position with the opportunity to go permanent. They are looking for someone to start immediately.
