The Role
I am currently working with a global retail organisation who are looking to hire an End User Computing Analyst to join their team in Stoke on Trent. This role will be responsible for supporting end users mainly on laptops, desktops and in Windows environment.
It would suit candidates with at least 1 years experience in a similar role. The team are currently working from home 2 days a week/office for 3 days, there is flexibility around this.
This End User Computing Analyst role will be responsible for the provision and maintenance of end user computing; mainly laptops, PCs, scanners, printers, collaboration tools and mobile devices. This includes providing the require hardware/software and ongoing support to all devices.
Technology wise it's supporting Windows 10, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, LAN
To be considered for this End User Computing Analyst role you will have the following skills and experience:
*1-2 years in a similar end user support, helpdesk or support based role
*Knowledge of the IT infrastructure (hardware, databases, operating systems, local area networks, etc.)
*Ideally worked in a larger organisation
*Any qualifications such as CompTIA is desirable
*Degree in IT/Technology or relevant experience
*ITIL knowledge
