About the role

  • Area Manager earning up to GBP42,000 per annum
  • Willing to travel and work in the Wiltshire area
  • Full time working 42 hours pw

We are seeking a dynamic individual to take a leading role in the Wiltshire area. As Area manager you will be the Registered Manager, managing the day to day activities of a growing cluster of Agincare Enable Services.

About you

  • This position is for someone with previous experience of delivering services that improve the lives of people who may have a learning disability, an Autistic Spectrum Condition, mental health issues or physical disability which may present in a complex way which challenges support.
  • Prior experience project managing and mobilising new services in line with agreed plans, legislation and best practice determined through CQC, S4C and Agincare QMC
  • We are looking for someone with proven ability to manage and maintain strong team relationships and experience of multi-site operational management.
  • Having a good understanding of least restrictive practice and Positive Behavioural Support is key to success in this role.
  • Experience of working with community multidisciplinary teams is also desirable.
  • Visiting our numerous locations is a great aspect of this role and will require you to have a full driver's license to be considered.
