* They are currently in a period of significant growth and investment, and are now looking to expand their Operations team with a new Process Manager

The role:

* We are looking for a tenacious Process Manager to join our knowledgeable Process department and oversee a team of expert Technicians and Planners

* You will be responsible for ensuring the supply of raw material to production on time in full, increasing productivity and efficiency where necessary

* You will take the lead role in the Process department, managing all staff KPIs along with labour hours and investigations, and to respond to any customer audit activity

* You will ensure full compliance with company hygiene, health & safety and environmental policies and ensure the department is clean and safe at all times

* As Process Manager you will be responsible for Process spend and budget

Ideal candidate:

* 2+ years Management / Supervisor experience within an FMCG Process Department

* Knowledge of Dairy technology, filling room protocols and fresh food packing environment

* Understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools

* Strong Manager and team player, able to motivate and inspire others

* Understanding of employment processes, investigations, performance review and KPI setting

* Knowledge of Food hygiene and Health & Safety protocols

* A hands-on and capable leader able to communicate effectively at all levels

* A desire to strive for excellence and an ability to inspire others to do the same
