* A multinational family-owned food production company originally based in South-West France, and now operating from almost 40 countries worldwide
* The business behind world-renowned brands, their products are internationally regarded for their exceptional quality standards and innovation capacity
* They also produce a range of private-label desserts, fruit-conserves, dairy, bakery and free-from products for major UK retailers
* Their state-of-the-art facility based just outside the beautiful town of Frome, Somerset has allowed them to far exceed both the expectations of their customers and the production capabilities of their competitors

* They are currently in a period of significant growth and investment, and are now looking to expand their Operations team with a new Process Manager
The role:
* We are looking for a tenacious Process Manager to join our knowledgeable Process department and oversee a team of expert Technicians and Planners
* You will be responsible for ensuring the supply of raw material to production on time in full, increasing productivity and efficiency where necessary
* You will take the lead role in the Process department, managing all staff KPIs along with labour hours and investigations, and to respond to any customer audit activity
* You will ensure full compliance with company hygiene, health & safety and environmental policies and ensure the department is clean and safe at all times
* As Process Manager you will be responsible for Process spend and budget
Ideal candidate:
* 2+ years Management / Supervisor experience within an FMCG Process Department
* Knowledge of Dairy technology, filling room protocols and fresh food packing environment
* Understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools
* Strong Manager and team player, able to motivate and inspire others
* Understanding of employment processes, investigations, performance review and KPI setting
* Knowledge of Food hygiene and Health & Safety protocols
* A hands-on and capable leader able to communicate effectively at all levels
* A desire to strive for excellence and an ability to inspire others to do the same
