Housekeeping Manager

As a Housekeeping Manager you will be responsible for;
* Creating an environment where your team aspire to achieve the highest of standards of cleanliness
* Supporting your teams with training and development, this is largely e-learning
* Ensuring maintenance spotting and development of maintenance programme is completed and adhered to.
* All contracts held in respect to laundry services, contractors and other agreements within the housekeeping framework
* Maintaining a thorough working knowledge of the Health Resort, its services, facilities, layout and procedures
* Maintaining effective communication links with all staff and departments, ensuring guests requirements are met to a 5* standard
* Exhibiting good communication skills with the ability to solve problems to assist in the operation of the Resort. This includes conducting regular staff meetings informing staff of relevant information
* Maintaining efficient stock control procedures to ensure cost effective use of products and related housekeeping resources.
* Maintaining a professional approach to training and be committed to improving standards of self and other employees
