This is a great opportunity to join a leading luxury bathroom business as a permanent Project Administrator in Bakewell.
In this busy role you will be providing support to the contracts and the project teams by creating quotations, managing the database and providing administrative support as needed.
Other duties include;
Working alongside the Business Development Managers to ensure all communications are handled and managed correctly and efficiently.
Producing Quotations, Mood Boards, Specification Sheets and Technical Documents
To manage the in-house database system keeping it up to date with project registrations, addresses and project information.
Deliver the required information to clients in line with brand values.
Liaise with internal departments when required, to progress any outstanding client issues
To carry out any other reasonable management request
General office duties to include filing and passing on telephone messagesTo be successful in this role you will have administration, alongside excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
This is a Monday - Friday position working 9am - 5.30pm.
