HR ADMIN NEEDED ASAP!!

I am currently recruiting a HR Administrator in East-Midlands for a local authority on a temporary basis, for 3 months to start.

Ideally, you will have experience in working within a local authority and HR admin.

Your main responsibilities will include:

* Effective Human Resources administration services relating to end-to-end recruitment

* Preparing contracts and processing all pre-employment checks

* Ensuring payroll instructions are prepared, logged and submitted to the Payroll Team

* Cyclical database cleansing

* Preparing adverts, logging application forms, administering recruitment campaigns

You will:

* Be competent in MHR iTrent HR system and the maintaining of HR databases

* Provide day to day advice on general HR related queries, requests of policies and procedures, escalating more complex issues to another member of the HR Team

* Carry out general administration tasks for the HR Team i.e taking meeting notes

* Demonstrate a strong and practical commitment to equal opportunities, equal access and cultural sensitivity

The hourly rate for this role ranges from - GBP12.00-15.00 p/h umbrella (GBP11.30 p/h PAYE). My client would like to have interviews towards the beginning of next week with someone starting shortly after.
