Our client being a Lloyd's Broker based in London is looking to recruit a Client Manager to assist the Senior Client Manager. Will be responsible for managing a book of High Net Worth (HNW) clients to include the renewal process, mid term adjustments and dealing with client queries, and new business quotes.
Duties include: obtaining renewal documentation from insurers and checking. Undertake re marketing exercises with alternative insurers where required. This will include the preparation of submissions and potential gathering of additional information from the client, as well as negotiation with alternative insurers and the existing insurer. Iissuing renewal terms to the client to include all relevant regulatory documentation. Assist with client queries relating to their policies and liaise with insurers regarding potential changes at renewal or mid-term adjustment stage. Confirm cover with relevant insurers and chase up outstanding documentation when required. Assisting with new business quotations including the preparation of submissions and the gathering of information, obtaining terms from insurers and preparing quote documentation to issue to the client. Manage accounts and process payments, including following up with clients for outstanding premiums. Ensure all client details are recorded accurately on the system. Deal with Insurer queries in relation to client policies.
