Our client are an established manufacturing business based in the Gateshead area, who are looking to recruit FLT Driver on an ongoing basis.
12 months previous experience working in a manufacturing / engineering environment is preferred, along with good manual handling skills.
Candidates must have a Counter Balance Forklift certificate dated within the last 3 years. Your role would involve material handling, loading and unloading wagons and general warehousing duties.
You must be available to work full time hours on an ongoing weekly rotating basis.
Week 1: Dayshift hours Monday to Friday 6:30am-2:30pm.
Week 2: Backshift hours Monday to Friday 2:30pm-10:30pm.
(Rate of Pay is GBP10.00 per hour)
If timekeeping, performance and attendance is good there is a good chance you may be taken on after 12 weeks.
Shift allowances will apply if taken on permanently
